Please be advised that we are seeing some issues accessing Voice Services for limited customers based in Victoria and using an NBN connection.
Network engineers are investigating the issue with our upstream provider to see where the voice packets are filtered / dropped.

It is suspected that a Routed Data Network module issue may have triggered a traffic flow issue over an Victorian Internet Gateway Router impacting NBN data flow dependent on the source address.
Restoration of services has been managed by a workaround by disabling the Victorian peer device, forcing failing over to the sister device in another location.
The workaround will be progressively rolled out to all Customers impacted by this issue as they arise due to its random nature.”
Further updates to follow when available from our upstream carrier.
Our carrier has applied a workaround at 20:20 last night 19/07/18. We will continue to monitor, however, we believe the issues should now be resolved.
