Please be advised we have detected some Telstra Mobile customers are continuing to experience service disruptions after The Telstra Mobile Outage was resolved on 19/06/18.

Carrier Technicians have identified the cause of the failures and a fix is being rolled out now.

There is no ETA as yet, Updates to follow.

Some end users are continuing to experience service disruptions. A fix which occurred last night did not completely resolve the issue. Our carrier is bringing in additional technical specialists to assist with the resolution.

Our carrier has refreshed all SMS services in the their platform last night, and they are currently working through the voicemail and other residual issues.

Our carrier has advised that their platform has remained stable throughout the day. They have advised that they have now resolved the majority of discrepancies. However the carrier will continue to monitor their platform very closely, and they will update us as they progress.
