Update: Network engineers have identified a hard drive failure on a core equipment and resolved the issue.

Resolution: End users should auto reconnect. In the event that your modem does not reconnect after a restart, please conduct a hard reset by depressing the reset button with a pin or paper clip for 3 seconds. All lights will switch off and the modem will restart and reconnect to our network.
