What is happening?
Please be advised that we will be upgrading our Hosted PBX in order to comply with changes made by Yealink and Snom vendor in relation of the Zero Touch provisioning.
New servers and domain have been put in place by those vendors and we need to upgrade the PBX to support those.
Upgrade will take place this Saturday 28th of July night from 23:30 PM AEST to Sunday 29th of July 00:30 AM AEST
Are we impacted? If so How?
Yes, the PBXs won’t be available while we restart the services after the upgrade for up to 5 minutes
